"As a Team"? Do we look like one in the first place?
Frankly speaking, no single person in the team can try to shave off the responsibility. for the two weeks holiday break, dates suppose to meet up and work end up always delay. due to what? raining too heavily.............. seriously all this are driving me up the walls. i cant restand all this nonsense. you wan you do properly. now thing are at loss, he should blamed himself for not handling well. he is scare off then he is not fit to be the leader. To be honest about it. no matter what had happen,i still have faith with all the team mates. or else, i will have to request to step of the group. cause i dont like to waste time in doing all this which i dont have faith in it, you see. so basically, as a new team. of cos there will be some humpy road during the start which
i cant deny it. just give it sometime for everyone to understand each other well and some fine tune in it will do. as a leader, sometime personal sacrifice is a must. is always not that easy to be a leader and imagine to earn all respect from all different perspective is not an easy task. leader need to earn the respect from them and need them to work out as a team.without any of them, how is the leader suppose to work out as a team then??
Any more nonsense, table it in the meeting face to face!!
regards from my thinkings, my 2cents worth of thought, keep spending on top and bottom while we are still studying? does it make sense? ya maybe shopping? but, when YOU do not have the beauty features of body, then get those top and bottoms. and not weather you like or what. if u dont have the features to wear on, dont even bored about it. you are throwing shame on yourself, isnt it? working so hard for part time, spending all in a day? does it make sense? simply no finance for your own, still in world of yours. and confess yourself being a business studies student. i guess it only look upon being a hopeless student. it really reflects on your background and your personalty. this two words will sum up everything, " lousy", "loser".
peru shipment just landed.. tomorrow pasir ris farm. =) when i school starts, shipments and lobang all came.. argh... hhaa.. but most importantly still my pocket enough to support anot.. haha..
