It has come to my understanding from Indirect feedbacks that there are passerby who are not satisfied of some recent issues. How could the responsibility be shouldered by me as all I have done was to reflect? Clarification, this clearly is a simple case of misunderstanding. As it turn out, this cannot be extended anymore in order to avoid complications and abuse. Please bear in mind that the above issues are not targetted at anyone. Rather, they are for general clarifications. I'd like to state once and for all this matters such as problems, issues, views, grievances etc should be brought up to settle. These matters should be resolved there and then whenever possible. Once closed, no one should continue to express personal feelings of unhappiness to others. This is very unhealthy and breeds more misunderstandings.
If required, such personal feelings over such matters can be brought up again in the next meet up for further discussion. Another way is to direct the matter at the person involved directly. In this way, the matter could be Surfaced, clarified and resolved. I think this is basic conduct that everyone should have, isnt it?
I hope my explaination have clarified the matter and satisfy whoever brought up the issue.
please bare in mind, i guess i do not have any reasons to offended anyone yet, unless you are seriously, unhappy with me. if so, present yourself upright in front of me. i would sincerely wait for your present. well, if you do have a blog, you are welcome to command anything or critisize on others, by all means... upon looking at your commands, seems like your education is really run down. if you ask me, do i admire mentalistic girls, i shall confess yes. but provided, they have features of what the brand needs.

"As a Team"? Do we look like one in the first place?
Frankly speaking, no single person in the team can try to shave off the responsibility. for the two weeks holiday break, dates suppose to meet up and work end up always delay. due to what? raining too heavily.............. seriously all this are driving me up the walls. i cant restand all this nonsense. you wan you do properly. now thing are at loss, he should blamed himself for not handling well. he is scare off then he is not fit to be the leader. To be honest about it. no matter what had happen,i still have faith with all the team mates. or else, i will have to request to step of the group. cause i dont like to waste time in doing all this which i dont have faith in it, you see. so basically, as a new team. of cos there will be some humpy road during the start which
i cant deny it. just give it sometime for everyone to understand each other well and some fine tune in it will do. as a leader, sometime personal sacrifice is a must. is always not that easy to be a leader and imagine to earn all respect from all different perspective is not an easy task. leader need to earn the respect from them and need them to work out as a team.without any of them, how is the leader suppose to work out as a team then??
Any more nonsense, table it in the meeting face to face!!
regards from my thinkings, my 2cents worth of thought, keep spending on top and bottom while we are still studying? does it make sense? ya maybe shopping? but, when YOU do not have the beauty features of body, then get those top and bottoms. and not weather you like or what. if u dont have the features to wear on, dont even bored about it. you are throwing shame on yourself, isnt it? working so hard for part time, spending all in a day? does it make sense? simply no finance for your own, still in world of yours. and confess yourself being a business studies student. i guess it only look upon being a hopeless student. it really reflects on your background and your personalty. this two words will sum up everything, " lousy", "loser".
peru shipment just landed.. tomorrow pasir ris farm. =) when i school starts, shipments and lobang all came.. argh... hhaa.. but most importantly still my pocket enough to support anot.. haha..

2 weeks holiday... hmmm... alright i have been working out in my school gym.. the equipments are fantasic... track mil with tv? touch screen and sign in with IC to proceed.. every machine will keep a record of your movements, encouragement and overall calories burnt.. nice?fittness instructer guildling through... haha... after a tired exhuasted workout, why not go for a hot water shower? ~.~
yesthday, nks shipment touch down.. went over to pasir ris farm to help malcom, unpacking the plecos... hmmm.. nothing caught my eyes.. actually its really exhuasted unpacking..after which we sit by, chatting.. pasir ris farm only export marine fishes, but this time round the plecos shipment is suppose to be exported, thus was brought to pasir ris instead of jalan kayu.. itchy hand, i was playing around with the black tip shark.. =/ hhaha.. there is 2 of it, each swimming inside a 8 feet FTG. the body is rather rought, but the fins are really smooth.. haha.. so keep touching the fins..i guess the sharks have taken their meals, if not my hands would have been done for their meals.. the amount of marine creatures and corals are countless.. but all are for export not for retail.. seriously the marine creatures are much much nicer compared to sentosa.. i see no reason for myself to pay $43 for underwater world entry... ray shipment is only coming on 23-26... arghh... around 11pm, bro aric send me home.. =)
early morning today, its raining cats and dogs.. somehow some of my team mates refuse to meet up.. i plan my route using street directory, but guess what? after i meet cheryl, we follow the route, after alighting, the lookout for the next bustop, became a mess... suppose to be " walk to the neareast bus stop" but i guess it suppose to walk to the furtherest bus stop.. being nuts, we walk here and there looking for the bus stop.. then we found the bus we wanted but the bus shop number was wrong. helplessly we hop on the bus.. even the bus driver turn us down when we ask.. then we just ignore and continue the journey.. so luckly, it happen to be right.. phew.. then we walk to the building.. asking around.. one of the boss was kind enough to help us brainstorm..we do not have enough time orelse he is able to get the stock from china.. its much much cheaper. raw materials and workman ship... haha.. then guess what.............................................................

finally exams are over. follow up by 2week holidays.. suppose to work but instead i change my mind and work out instead... =) have to train my mental focus and endurance.. dont think i have excel for my exams, so must work even harder le.. burn midnight oil more often.. Kam-Pa Tak!!!
well before my exams i already brought myself a baby motoro ray.. =) actually its captive breed in my friend's farm... so "lucky" that female give birth to around 20 pups, and happen 1 day before my papers starts.. haha.. no choice.. i flew down and got myself one.. then i chiong all the way until my exams end..
recently newspaper anounce that freshwater rays cant be export and import to sing. local fish shop aka LFS, are ban from sell and display. but i call AVA to check out.. hobbyist still able to do trading online .. phew.. then when the demand increases, the prices also increase. probably i did the right investment this round.. haha.. i have another batch of catexi ray shipment next week.. should be able to land on thursday. should be 4 pices.. actually suppose to be landed on sat, but due to brazil and peru having some problems within the country, flight was cancel and delay.. landed cost should be around $**** plus. follow weeks shipments will be in also. anyone interested let me know.. =)
my crs tank is well cycled le.. thinking to start getting hino SS crs. hmmm...probably after i settle the rays, then i will get the crs..
so tired... just finish washing up the filters.. have to prepare the bio-load when the shipments are in... yawnnsss.. ZZzzzzZzzz....
